Tarrant City Councilman and retired Birmingham Firefighter Junior Jenkins passed away this afternoon. Mr. Jenkins was also the father of Chief Billy Hewitt's wife, Sharon. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.
