DOUBLE SPRINGS, AL - Double Springs Fire Chief Mike Gilbreath was killed when a car struck him around 6:30 a.m. Friday morning, according to a report by ABC 33/40.
He was also an employee of the Winston County Roads Department, the report said.

At the family's request, the only apparatus they wish to be in the possession is Double Springs. There will be a lineup of apparatus' for those planning on bringing them. Anyone bringing an apparatus is asked to contact Jeremy Glenn at (205) 272-0033.

and are as follows:
Visitation Saturday March 28, 2009 6 pm until at Nichols Funeral Home
Double Springs Alabama.
Services will be held Sunday March 29,2009 at Double Springs High School at
2 pm.
